The gaps between systems are where work gets hard.
A process can look sound on paper and still be awkward in the field. Someone then fills the gap with a workaround, a second spreadsheet or a phone call.
These gaps tend to sit between technology, safety and operations. We follow the work across those boundaries, then design around the job and the records the organisation needs to keep.

We work across Australian mining, heavy vehicle transport, ports, infrastructure, government operations and other high-risk industries.
The details differ by sector. The recurring problem is that teams, decisions and evidence are spread across locations and systems that do not line up neatly.
Product in the field
PadRoute puts the method into a working product.
PadRoute starts with more than 1,100 vehicle presets built from NHVR vehicle definitions. It brings published access information, route checks, conditions and useful stops into one mobile product, so drivers do not have to piece the trip together across several maps and sources.
The app keeps the source and its limitations visible, because a confident decision is easier when you can see where the information came from. PadRoute is available on the App Store and Google Play.
