United Intelligence collects only the website information needed to understand site use and respond to enquiries. This notice explains what that means in practice.
Who operates this website
United Intelligence is a registered business name of Pleasant Company Pty Ltd (ABN 19 675 312 204), based in Sydney and Newcastle, Australia.

Email enquiries and readiness-result sharing
When you email us, we receive the information you choose to provide. We use it to understand and respond to your enquiry and manage any resulting business relationship.
If you request a Transport Safety Readiness discussion, you can send contact details only. We receive the assessment scope, scores, priority areas and all answers only if you choose to include your readiness result. The request is sent to United Intelligence through Postmark. If included, we retain assessment information for up to 12 months from our last contact. Postmark retains message content for its standard period, which is currently 45 days for our account.
If you create a shareable readiness-result link, we store the assessment scope, answers and result as a read-only snapshot. The snapshot is available to anyone who has its unguessable link and is deleted after 12 months. Contact details are not included in the snapshot.
Do not send sensitive operational, safety, health or personal information through a first-contact email. We can agree on an appropriate channel if the discussion needs it.
Website analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate page use and whether important actions, such as email and PadRoute links, are useful. Google Analytics may set a first-party identifier and process device, browser, approximate location and interaction information.
Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in the site configuration. You can disable analytics for this browser using the control below; the preference is stored only in your browser.
External links and changes
PadRoute, regulator websites and other external links have their own privacy practices. We may update this notice when this website or the services it uses change.
